The expenses for our neighborhood are paid for by the residents of Virginia Woods and the annual dues for this year increased from $675 to $725. Payment is due by March 1, 2024 and can be made as follows:

$725 directly paid through the bank app Zelle to the recipient: treasurer@vwpoa.com

$725 check mailed to: VWPOA, PO BOX 6082, McKinney TX 75071

Please make sure the email address is typed correctly for the bank app, or make sure the PO Box is written correctly for check payments. Paypal is no longer an option for annual dues.
